Job summary

Baker/Crew Members are cross trained in basic baking skills as well as general Crew Member responsibilities for delivering exceptional guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment.

They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. Promoting a positive team environment, meeting guests’ needs, and adhering to safety and brand standards are

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; some online training.
• Basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Physically and mentally capable of learning standard equipment; may require lifting 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready in position at start of shift.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity with team and guests.
• Follow store communication guidelines and coaching feedback.
• Be accountable for assigned responsibilities during your shift.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks; receive baking training for donuts and bakery items.
