Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is hiring a Baker/Crew Member in Colorado. You will learn baking functions, prepare donuts and other bakery items, and contribute to a fast, friendly guest experience.

This role offers an opportunity for part-time or development toward management, with training provided and a supportive team environment that values respect, teamwork, and clean, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some training is online.
• Basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and be ready in position at shift start.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity to team and guests.
• Receive baking training and prepare donuts and bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere to uniform standards and restaurant policies.
