Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking a Baker/Crew Member to join our Dunkin’ franchise. You will be cross-trained in basic baking and crew duties, preparing donuts and bakery items to our standards while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work as part of a team to meet guest needs and help create memorable visits. You will grow with the role, gaining experience in bakery operations and customer service, with opportunities toward management depending on

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
• Have basic math skills to be capable of counting money and making change
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Promoting a positive team environment: arrive on time, treat others with respect, follow store guidelines, accept coaching, be accountable, learn multiple tasks, receive baking training and prepare donuts and bakery products.
• Being passionate about operational excellence: prioritize guest satisfaction, respond to guest needs promptly, adhere to Brand standards and safety guidelines, keep the work area clean, and follow uniform standards.
