Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret clinical records and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Avatar.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and maintains files, forms, and reports for BA-32, BA 52, and BA 01.
• Attends court hearings and liaises among internal and external parties on Baker Act issues.
• Keeps current with Baker Act statutes and relevant administrative codes.
• Provides daily reports on expiration dates and docket information.
• Serves as a point of contact for managers, patients, families, and providers.
