BakerRipley is hiring a Case Management Specialist to provide intensive, ongoing support to jobseekers and training participants, ensuring progress through education, training, and employment pathways. You will document outcomes, conduct regular follow-ups, and coordinate with Workforce Solutions and community partners to promote retention and success.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, or a related field.
• Experience in case management, workforce development, or social services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter information in management information systems with adequate details on customer outcomes.
• Conduct monthly contact sessions to determine additional support needs and referrals.
• Track customers’ progress on education, training, or career plans and identify barriers.
• Ensure documentation meets WIOA and Workforce Solutions standards, including case notes and eligibility verification.
• Coordinate with Career Advisors, Education & Training Specialists, and community partners to support customers.
