We're looking for passionate Bakers to join our back‑of‑house team. If you love working with your hands, moving at a pace, and perfecting the same product day after day, this is the place for you.

The Role

  • Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and organized at all times

  • Communicate with the Head Baker on product needs and shift flow
  • Maintain pace during high‑volume production windows
  • Assist with packaging, portioning, or topping items as needed
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols consistently
Who You Are
  • Have 1–2 years of professional baking experience (or culinary training)
  • Open availability: must be able to work morning or evening shifts, with flexibility around days off (including weekends and holidays as needed)
  • Works well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Can follow precise instructions and repeat processes with consistency
  • Are detail‑oriented and take pride in craftsmanship
  • A reliable teammate with strong time management skills
  • Hold (or are willing to obtain) a valid Food Handler's Permit
  • Can lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
What We Offer
