Job summary

GRUPO EULEN USA seeks a passenger services associate to assist arriving passengers in the baggage claim area. You will log flights, communicate baggage delivery status, and help customers with lost, damaged, or pilfered luggage, aiming to resolve issues efficiently.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or move for long periods, and maintain professional customer service under pressure. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to log each flight as bags are delivered to the claim area.
• Must initiate files for lost, damaged, and pilfered baggage.
• Must monitor damage claims and assist with settlements.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet arriving passengers in the baggage claim area and provide assistance.
• Determine service needs and help with baggage issues including lost, damaged, or pilfered luggage.
• Log each flight as bags are delivered and update records with new bag information.
• Coordinate the return of lost or damaged luggage to customers and prepare delivery orders.
