Qualifications

• Experience in supervision preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel and walk 70%+ of scheduled work time.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and agent distribution to assist customers.
• Transport passengers requiring wheelchair service within the terminal and aircraft.
• Read airline tickets, monitors, domestic/international forms, and airline city codes.
• Transport passengers to connecting flights operated by other carriers.
• Maintain professional appearance and manners with passengers and airport staff.
• Stand/walk for long periods while delivering customer service under pressure.
