GRUPO EULEN USA in New York is seeking a cargo operations clerk to manage in-house computer systems (AMS/AES), prepare import/export documentation, and verify air waybills for regulatory compliance.

The role requires basic computer skills, English literacy, and flexible scheduling including weekends and nights. Candidates should be able to lift and stand for extended periods in airport environments.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Must have schedule flexibility for weekend, holiday, and night shifts.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Performs all functions of the customer's in-house computer system(s), including AMS and AES.
• Prepare and handle import/export documentation and cargo manifests.
• Accept and check air waybills against customs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP and other guidelines.
• Data capture for airline computer systems and assign shipments accordingly.
• Prepare manifests and records per airline requirements.
