Job summary

GRUPO EULEN USA is seeking a Wheelchair Attendant to support disabled passengers at the airport. The role requires familiarity with ACAA and CFR Part 382, strong customer service, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

You will dispatch attendants, log requests, communicate with airlines, and ensure safe, dignified service. Attention to confidentiality and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Airport experience assisting customers with disabilities.
• Familiarity with Air Carriers Access Act and DOT CFR Part 382.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Exceed Eulen America’s standards for customer service and safety.
• Dispatch wheelchair attendants and record service requests.
• Confirm passenger pickups/drop-offs via electronic devices.
• Input wheelchair requests and coordinate with Airlines and Ticket Counters.
• Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and service communications.
• Communicate status of wheelchair requests to Airlines and team members.
• Reassign duties to meet demand and maintain service levels.
