Popup Bagels is seeking a Bagel Sous to support shop leaders in our scratch-based kitchen. You will master each Bagel station, train teammates, manage prep lists, and help open/close the restaurant while maintaining food safety standards.

This hourly role offers growth in a team environment, competitive pay ($20-30/hour), paid time off, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and daily complimentary bagels and schmear.

Competenze

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Desire to create exceptional employee & guest experiences.

Mansioni

• Lead by example in kitchen operations and uphold standards.
• Train teammates on each station, seasonal recipes, and kitchen procedures.
• Assist in prep lists, waste logs, and inventory management with the Bagel Chef.
• Open/close the restaurant following checklists and communication.
