Job summary

PopUp Bagels is seeking team members for its bagel shops in West Palm Beach. You will gain exposure to different stations, learn about current menu offerings, and help guests with delicious scratch-made bagels.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary.
• A desire to create exceptional employee & guest experiences.
• An eye for detail and solving challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary.
• A desire for growth in our restaurants.
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the Bagel shop(s).
• Explain menu offerings and ingredients to guests.
• Work to support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary.
• Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods of time.
• Help to maintain a minimum standard “A” letter grade by following the Department of Health and PopUp Bagels food safety standards.
• Demonstrate professional maturity and strictly uphold PopUp Bagels anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies.
