Job summary

PopUp Bagels, based in Delray Beach, FL, is hiring entry-level kitchen team members to learn across bagel shop stations and delight guests with scratch-made offerings. You’ll participate in a fast-paced environment, gain leadership skills, and grow with an enthusiastic team in a brand that values education, purpose, and flavor.

Typical duties include assisting at various stations, communicating menu details to guests, and helping during busy periods while maintaining high food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eye for detail and problem solving.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary.
• Desire for growth in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the Bagel shop(s).
• Speak to guests about current menu offerings, seasonality and ingredients to create a memorable experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Move multi-task in the kitchen and perform physical tasks (up to 25–50 lbs) with or without accommodations.
• Maintain DoH-compliant food safety standards and uphold PopUp Bagels anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies.
