Job summary

PopUp Bagels -Tribeca is looking for energetic team members to join our fast-paced scratch-based kitchens. You’ll learn multiple stations, engage with guests about menus and ingredients, and contribute to delivering a superior bagel experience.

No experience is required; we train you, support growth in a TEAM, and offer base pay of $17-20/hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and daily complimentary bagels. You may be lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary.
• Strong customer-focused communication.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Desire for growth in restaurants.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to different stations within the Bagel shop(s).
• Discuss menus, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to create a memorable experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary.
• Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods.
• Maintain a minimum standard “A” letter grade by following health standards.
