PopUpBagels in West Palm Beach is hiring a Bagel Baker to join our scratch-based kitchen. You’ll prepare and bake bagels so they come out hot, fresh, and to our signature texture, while delivering the PopUpBagels guest experience.

No prior baking experience required; training provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, supporting service during peak times, and may involve cross-training across stations. Early-morning and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, food production, or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bagels for baking according to PopUpBagels’ recipes, timing standards, and quality expectations.
• Bake bagels to achieve the signature PopUpBagels texture, flavor, and appearance, serving hot and fresh to guests.
• Maintain awareness of current menu offerings and seasonal items to answer guest questions and support a positive experience.
• Monitor baking processes and product quality for consistency and food safety standards.
• Keep a clean, organized, food-safe work environment in line with health regulations and brand standards.
• Support shop operations by assisting team members during peak and off-peak times.
