Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is hiring a Badging Coordinator to manage badge issuance and access provisioning for Amazon personnel and visitors. You will verify IDs, print badges accurately, and maintain badge accountability in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, strict adherence to security procedures, and coordination with Security and Facilities teams to ensure site access compliance.

Responsibilities

• Print and issue access badges for Amazon employees, contractors, vendors, and other authorized personnel.
• Assist customers with new badges, replacement badges, damaged badges, expired credentials, and other badge-related needs.
• Verify required identification and authorization prior to issuing credentials.
• Ensure badges are accurately printed and issued to the correct individual.
• Maintain accountability for unissued, returned, and replacement badges.
• Deactivate or collect badges when required by established procedures.
• Provide clear instructions regarding badge use, security requirements, and site access procedures.
• Maintain an organized and professional badge office/work area.
