Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. Training is provided and you must be at least 18 years old with a Food Handler's Card where applicable.

Responsibilities include delivering food, cleaning, assisting with greeting and seating guests, and supporting beverage service as needed. This position offers opportunities for growth and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean dining room and service stations.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging when necessary.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
• Monitor the expo line and assist guests with questions.
