Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Backwaiters. The role supports restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly, helping maintain dining room cleanliness, and keeping service stations stocked and organized.

This position requires no prior experience (training provided), must be at least 18, and may include a Food Handler's Card where required. Pay is $2.13/hour plus tips with benefits eligible based on hours.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required - training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, iced tea machines, and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and notify managers of issues.
