P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, aiding dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. All team members provide excellent customer service to ensure memorable guest experiences.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and candidates must be at least 18. Benefits include growth opportunities and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating and floors to standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and inform managers of issues.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
