P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is hiring Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

All team members are expected to provide excellent guest service and uphold company standards. Starting positions vary (full-time and part-time hourly); training is provided and a Food Handler’s Card may be required where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card encouraged where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in service.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout when needed.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
