PF Changs China Bistro is hiring Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food and assisting with dining room cleanliness. You will help maintain service stations and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; must be 18+, with a Food Handler's Card where applicable. Flexible shifts available, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with trays for dine-in.
• Clear and sanitize tables and floors per standards.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee machines, iced tea machines, and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and inform managers of issues.
• Follow company policies, dress code and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and takeout packaging.
