Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly, aiding with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. All team members must deliver excellent customer service for memorable guest experiences.

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Backwaiters. Training provided; must be 18+ and able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs. Benefit details vary by hours worked.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in service.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee and iced tea machines and POS systems.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and takeout orders.
