Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

All team members must provide excellent customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences. No prior experience is required as training is provided. You must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided (for backwaiter role).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with dining room cleanliness and service stations.
• Monitor expo line and run trays for dine-in.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Restock and clean service stations and work areas.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout.
