Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Facility and Hospitality Manager for the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead backstage hospitality, coordinate catering, accommodations and amenities, and ensure top-tier guest experiences for artists and touring personnel.

You will collaborate with the Production Manager, manage budgets, and supervise staff while upholding brand standards and safety. A hospitality background and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or comparable preferred.
• 1+ years of backstage/production/hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of work experience in a comparable hospitality role.
• 1-2+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Canva, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee backstage hospitality program for Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre and execute Venue Nation goals.
• Implement backstage hospitality playbook and maintain standards.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to meet artist and touring personnel needs.
• Manage catering, accommodations, transportation and amenities backstage.
• Inspect dressing rooms and hospitality spaces for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor vendor contracts and expenses; supervise hospitality staff.
