Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Backstage Facility and Hospitality Manager for the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. You will oversee backstage hospitality, coordinate catering, accommodations, and transportation, and uphold Venue Nation’s standards.

We value leaders with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage budgets, supervise staff, and collaborate with production teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Able to stay composed around high-profile artists in a hectic environment.
• Attention to detail in hospitality operations and guest services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for backstage coordination.
• Experience leading hospitality or backstage teams preferred.
• Local market knowledge and relationships valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee backstage hospitality program for Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.
• Implement hospitality playbook and maintain service standards.
• Coordinate catering, accommodations, transportation and amenities.
• Inspect backstage areas for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Manage hospitality budget and vendor contracts; monitor expenses.
• Train and supervise hospitality staff to uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to meet artist rider requirements.
• Partner with local caterer to exceed artist and touring personnel expectations.
