Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Sustainability Manager for Talking Stick Resort in Phoenix, AZ. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on implementing venue sustainability programs, waste diversion, and circularity initiatives aligned with show schedules.

You will lead people and processes, manage budgets, train staff, and collaborate with the National Sustainability Team to measure and report venue performance. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a leadership position with experience in operations/event coordination and budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with hands-on involvement.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, onboarding, and scheduling of venue staff.
• Oversee material sorting and waste diversion programs.
• Track key program metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with National Sustainability Team to design zero waste plans.
• Ensure sustainability procedures during pre-season, shows, and post-season.
