Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager in Phoenix to lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned events from Sales handoff to settlement. You will liaise with clients, Sales, Operations, Production, and venue staff to ensure seamless event experiences.

You’ll manage event logistics, site inspections, staffing, budgets, and post-event documentation, while delivering outstanding hospitality and client service in a fast-paced live entertainment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, events, or venue operations.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Collaborative and proactive with cross-functional teams.
• Able to track payments, deposits, and event financials.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with event systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of assigned events from Sales handoff to completion.
• Coordinate event logistics, equipment, rentals, staffing, and production needs.
• Attend planning meetings and ensure alignment on event requirements.
• Conduct client site inspections and provide on-site coordination.
• Lead pre-shifts with Operations and communicate client needs to staff.
• Identify and resolve event-related issues while maintaining client relations.
• Process deposits, payments, and post-event documentation; monitor budgets.
