Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Production Runner/Backstage Experience Assistant for The Van Buren in Phoenix. The role reports to the venue’s Assistant Production Manager and supports local production and touring personnel with hospitality duties backstage.

Responsibilities include maintaining backstage standards, coordinating rider requirements, greeting touring personnel, managing daily hospitality budgets, and ensuring a phenomenal experience for crew while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

Must maintain composure around high-profile artists.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work late and extended hours.
Must have a properly working automobile and provide proof of insurance.
Exceptional driving record.
Knowledge of the region and touring production.

Responsibilities

Assist the venue’s Assistant Production Manager in hospitality and backstage goals.
Prepare backstage areas and note any damage for repair.
Perform opening/running/closing side duties per policy.
Be the backstage brand ambassador on show day and support service culture.
Coordinate with tour to meet rider requirements and hospitality needs.
