Live Nation Entertainment in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Backstage Facility and Hospitality Manager for the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. The role oversees backstage hospitality, coordinates catering, accommodations, transport, and artist rider needs, and collaborates with the Production Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement playbooks, supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in backstage/production/hospitality environments.
• 0
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar is preferred.
• 1+ years backstage/production/hospitality experience required.
• 2-3+ years leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee backstage hospitality program and execute Venue Nation goals.
• Coordinate catering, accommodations, transportation, and amenities.
• Inspect backstage areas for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to meet artist and touring personnel needs.
• Train and supervise hospitality staff to uphold brand standards and service quality.
