Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, AZ. This part-time role involves guiding guests, handling tickets and payments, and maintaining orderly parking operations.

The ideal candidate brings guest service experience, solid communication, a neat appearance, and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced venue setting. Prior valet experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One-year guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required for professional, clear interaction.
• Constant walking and a neat, professional appearance are expected.
• Valet/parking attendant experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take numbered tags, locate and deliver vehicles to guests.
• Keep parking areas clean and organized to maximise space.
• Direct motorists to parking areas with signals or flashlights as needed.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent damage or theft.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles in lots or garages.
• Greet guests and assist with opening car doors and locating vehicles.
• Calculate parking charges and collect fees.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report issues.
• Participate in sustainability programs and assist with event cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned by Parking Manager or Supervisor.
