Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and peers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Support and adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Contribute to shrink reduction initiatives and teamwork.
