You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lead and train others.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Team player with ability to train others.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly.
• Support flow of goods to the sales floor with the Coordinator on Duty.
• Monitor productivity and coach team as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and signage standards.
• Adhere to safety, waste, and labor policies.
