Job summary

TJX Companies in Sudbury, MA is seeking a frontline retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work as part of a team to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor and maintain a clean, organized store.

The role requires the ability to lift and move merchandise, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and prior retail experience with some leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards in the backroom area.
• Promote safety and communicate priorities with management.
