Job summary

The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to train others in merchandising and processing. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded accurately
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards
