Job summary

• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and housekeeping to support stock flow.
• Promotes safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supports store priorities and communicates progress with management.
