Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Create a positive customer experience through service and interaction.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise to standards.
• Ensure backroom organization, safety, and adherence to labor laws and store policies.
