Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure effective processing
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
• Organize backroom and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and ensure flows of goods to the sales floor
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store procedures and policies
