Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player able to collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• One year of retail experience and six months of leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintains proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Provides excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
• Keeps backroom organized and supports safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and communicates priorities clearly.
