Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Merchandise Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will work with a team to keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, while promoting our credit and loyalty programs. You will train others, coordinate with store leadership, and support backroom operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Ensures Associates complete tasks according to store plan and communicates priorities to management.
