The TJX Companies, Inc. Naples, FL is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and an outstanding customer experience.

You will help train teammates, tag and code merchandise, and coordinate with leadership to maintain store flow and safety. You will contribute to a collaborative team, adapt to changing directions, and uphold company policies while supporting store performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and handling changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Leadership experience in a retail setting (6 months minimum).
• Able to train others and share merchandising knowledge.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with Management on Duty to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary.
• Organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment.
• Maintains signage standards and backroom cleanliness and recovery.
