Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to uphold receiving and merchandising standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help ensure efficient processing, accurate tagging, and organized backroom operations, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and stocking of merchandise.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor and achieve store priorities.
