Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Receiving/Merchandising Associate to help process merchandise efficiently, ensure a superior customer experience, and maintain a clean, organized store.

You will contribute to team success by modeling good service and accuracy. Responsibilities include orchestrating truck deliveries, tagging and hanging merchandise, training Associates, and coordinating with management to keep goods flowing smoothly to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership responsibility.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and ensures flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Delivers strong customer service and preserves store cleanliness.
