Job summary

TJX Sierra store is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will work with teammates to process shipments, stock the sales floor, and maintain store organization.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to train others, with at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded and stocked
• Maintains backroom organization and cleanliness
• Promotes safety and compliance with policies and labor laws
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs
• Other duties as assigned
