• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Supports safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and programs.
• Communicates priorities to management and peers with progress updates.
• Partners with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
