Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Monitor team productivity and adjust priorities as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenishment of stock.
• Promote store safety, policies, and loss prevention initiatives.
