Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at our Sierra location in Riverton, UT. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You will lead by example, train teammates, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
