Job summary

TJX Companies’ HomeGoods is hiring a Receiving/Merchandising team member for Park City, UT. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will train and mentor Associates, manage tagging and backroom organization, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise flow to sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures tagging, hanging, and proper coding of merchandise
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment
• Adheres to safety, labor, and policies; supports store goals
