Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at our HomeGoods location in Utah. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and engage customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions.
Experience training others and leading junior staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
Ensure associates process merchandise efficiently and maintain customer experience.
Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise placement on the sales floor.
Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; maintain backroom organization.
