Job summary

HomeGoods in Park City, UT is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate to execute standards and help the team process merchandise efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and a clean, organized store.

You will train associates, tag and rotate stock, support safety and loss-prevention programs, and partner with management to meet goals. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required. Previous retail or leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing standards.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure an efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Organize back stock rotations for easy replenishment.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and labor policy compliance.
