Job summary

TJX Companies, HomeGoods in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking a part-time associate to help execute receiving, merchandising, and customer service standards. You will engage customers, maintain an organized store, and support store operations and training of teammates.

The role requires leadership experience and a willingness to work nights and weekends. The position offers a starting hourly wage with benefits and opportunities to advance within a Fortune 100 company and the world’s leading off-price

Qualifications

Must have 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by associates.
Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; communicate priorities to management.
